I really cannot say enough about Joe…except maybe he is a bit too good. I was putting my house up for sale in November thinking it would take 2-3 months of people looking at it, making bids, getting inspections, etc. My plan was to move back up with my family in the spring.
Well, Joe outlined a realistic price and what I should expect…including that he thought the house would move much quicker than I thought.
He was 100% right. The house sold so quickly that I ended up moving up north two days before Christmas (and am now facing 40 degree weather).
He was responsive to my questions, when he did not know an answer, he told me so. We had to jump through a couple of hoops that neither of us heard of before, and he led the charge on asking why these new steps were implemented. PS – those steps did make sense after the title company explained them.
I would say that my experience was perfect, except that everything moved so fast!
My advice, if you want your house to sit for a few months, call somebody else. If you want the house to move quickly and painlessly, call Joe.
